This is the "Mud Room" entrance that is used most often. Very welcoming!
Large open space to utilize for hanging backpacks, jackets, rain boots, umbrellas, or to use as extra "play" space. The left side has a door to the 2-car garage, the right side is the entrance into the upstairs kitchen. The back sliding door leads to the large back yard.
Upstairs kitchen coffee bar, eat-in kitchen space, and a view of the backyard. Unfortunately, the garage in the back is not included in the rent.

The living room has ample space for lots of family nights and entertaining. The fireplace is woodburning, and the heat-a-later will definitely keep you warm and cozy on cold winter nights! The bookshelves will hold all of those treasured books and/or family photos and special treasures to display.
The living room has lots of windows to keep the room bright. From these windows you have a view of the front yard and the driveway. There are no houses across the street, so the view is of lots of trees and frequently the deer grazing and passing through the field.

This is the upstairs hall bathroom with double sinks. Behind the closet doors is a new stackable washer and dryer to make laundry convenient from the upstairs.

The stairs to the left are just inside the door off the Mud Room and the upstairs kitchen entry. This is a view of the downstairs' kitchen. New granite, new sink, new base cabinets, new stove and dishwasher. Large kitchen.

This is the same room with the fireplace. It is large enough for a pool table, homeschooling, whatever your family could use some extra space for. The wood bookshelves are movable. It can stay or we can remove it.
